                                                                         much as place you. Warm bread, thick yoghurt, thyme honey,
                                                                         fruit that tastes uncomplicatedly of sun, eggs prepared to or-
                                                                         der.  As  the  hours  stretch,  Tamarisk  becomes  the  setting  for
                                                                         a different kind of Greek table: modern mezzes, designed for
                                                                         sharing, plated as a series of small, precise narratives. This is
                                                                         not nostalgia; it is tradition handled with imagination and care.
                                                                         Even the objects matter. Tamarisk carries a discreet, tactile
                                                                         glamour—natural materials and metallic textures, copper and
                                                                         brass, ceramics and hammered vessels that catch the light
                                                                         without shouting for it. The palette borrows from the Greek
                                                                         landscape:  deep  blue,  sandy  beige,  a  dark  metal  grey,  and
                                                                         that warm, late-afternoon glow that makes everything look
                                                                         slightly more generous than it is. The feeling is of a modern
                                                                         courtyard: intimate, familiar, quietly refined. If Tamarisk is the
                                                                         shared table, then Menoa is the place you go when you want
                                                                         the evening to hold you a little closer. A Mediterranean-inspired
                                                                         restaurant with a strong sense of place, it speaks the language
                                                                         of Crete through its ingredients, but keeps its ear tuned to the
                                                                         wider world. The atmosphere is warm and authentic—cozy
