Latitudes with a champagne
breakfast: eggs cooked to order,
freshly baked pastries, pressed
juices, and local delicacies
such as thyme honey, yoghurt,
and syrupy kataifi. By day, light
lunches and cocktails are served
poolside or at George’s Bar. As
evening falls, Efisia offers a fine
dining experience under the
stars, with à la carte and tasting
menus that celebrate the land
and sea. Recently honoured at
the Greek Cuisine Restaurant
