                                                                                              lens. Mornings begin at
                                                                                              Latitudes with a champagne
                                                                                              breakfast: eggs cooked to order,
                                                                                              freshly baked pastries, pressed
                                                                                              juices, and local delicacies
                                                                                              such as thyme honey, yoghurt,
                                                                                              and syrupy kataifi. By day, light
                                                                                              lunches and cocktails are served
                                                                                              poolside or at George’s Bar. As
                                                                                              evening falls, Efisia offers a fine
